The Summer of FWAP promotion is picking up speed.

Starting earlier this week, you  could sample any Pilgrim Press book free at Smashwords. Now, most of those same books are also free at most of the sites that Smashwords distributes to, including the big stores like Apple and Barnes & Noble. But even better, I notice that Amazon is getting into the game. Small publishers like us can’t set a free price at Amazon. We have to wait for them to price match their competitors, which is happening right now. At Amazon today, you can get a copy of American Girl or Bench Warrant completely free. It’s nice to be noticed.

I’m seeing some reviews pop up over at Smashwords and Barnes & Noble. Thank you people! Huck does appreciate the support. I realizes sometimes it doesn’t make sense (can’t be letting everyone know how much you liked that story!) or there just isn’t time to write a review. But we appreciate the love, even if it’s a little thumbs up or some stars without any text. Huck needs the validation. Your little clicks bring him joy. You hear me? Joy! Huck needs it.

So, what am I doing right now?

I’m working on a re-write of Men. I’m not sure why I decided to do this work, but I like what’s happening on the page. Joanie seems much more alive in this version, Don a little less of a cad. I’m also moving forward with the paranormal angle. I’ll have a little more to say about this in the near future.  Happy hump day.
